For me, scale is not simply a number. It is the discipline of making quality, accountability and access hold together across institutions and geographies.
I have worked alongside government, CSR donors, corporates, international organisations and community partners. In every setting, my focus is consistent: clarify strategy, build capable teams, strengthen delivery systems and use evidence to improve people’s experience of care.
My practice is built on stewardship. I believe in responsible grants, sound governance, measurable results and respect for the communities every programme is designed to serve.
